Pennsylvania Yoga Classes
- BASICS - For those new to TriYoga and for those who want to return to the foundation of the practice.
- BREATHING AND MEDITATION - Learn breathing practices, concentration techniques, and meditation. These sessions are helpful for calming the mind and are an integral aspect of yoga.
- LEVELS 1 -3 - For those familiar with the flows. Beginning with Basics, each level is a prerequisite for the next.
- FREE THE HIPS AND SPINE - For all levels. Familiarity with TriYoga flows is recommended.
- PRENATAL - For pregnant women, their partners, and friends. Sessions focus on connecting with breath, opening the hips, and supporting the body's changes through pregnancy.
- STRENGTHENING FLOW - Invigorate the body through a series of continuous flows followed by sequences to increase strength and circulation in the upper and lower body.
- GENTLE YOGA - Yoga provides a safe and nurturing environment with respect for all individuals, body types, ranges of ability and needs. You don't have to be able to do anything to learn how to be yourself. Through Gentle Yoga, we will explore the principles of TriYoga: deep, rhythmical breath; relaxation-in-action; steady focus of the mind. Props and modifications will be presented to help students find ease in each moment while opening to new possibilities over the eight weeks.
