TriYoga incorporates all the traditional practices of yoga with emphasis on spinal wavelike movements and relaxation-in-action.

The systemetized approach of TriYoga allows the practice to be as gentle or as challenging as desired. Students progress through levels as they increase their flexibility, strength, endurance, and knowledge of the method.

Attention is given to creating a safe and nurturing environment where every student feels comfortable. The method is respectful to all individuals and ranges of ability.
