40 Days and an Intention will take you step-by-step into the world of meditation as we lead you for the first 40 days of 2025. Through practices and teachings, you will see that no matter how full and busy your mind is, the systematic approach of TriYoga® refocuses attention and builds energy. That's what makes this practice so valuable - meditation helps you live well.
How It Works
Each day you’ll receive an email with a 30-minute breathing and meditation practice that gives you the experience of quieting within.
The 40 lessons in this course include videos specifically recorded for this program, as well as replays from previous programs. Each lesson will lead you into the subtle practices of TriYoga's Basics Prana Vidya: breathing, concentration, and meditation.

The first nine lessons include an introduction to Prana Vidya for those new to the practice, plus a video for those with more familiarity.
