Learn Level 1 Prana Vidya


Continue on TriYoga's subtle path into the calm.

At the beginning of each year, I offer 40 days of meditation following the TriYoga® Basics Prana VIdya sequencing. Once you taste what those practices do for body and mind, the longing to move deeper into this knowledge naturally rises. This program leads you deeper into the inner connection.

Although I came to TriYoga as someone who resisted, avoided, and dreaded the subtle practices, I have come to rely on Prana Vidya for my inner calm and healthy energy. I could not manage life as well as I do without these practices. The system is built to support even the most challenged meditator: I'm the proof.

  • Three live online morning practices: Saturday, Sunday, Monday 

  • Five hours of instruction over the weekend includes yoga philosophy, power point presentation on techniques, discussion and Q&A

  • Replays of all programs if you need to miss a session 

  • Step-by-step instructions systematically taught so you're never overwhelmed

  • Live coaching follow-up session to refine understanding, share experiences, and troubleshoot challenges

  • Unlimited access to all replays for one year
