At the beginning of each year, I offer 40 days of meditation following the TriYoga® Basics Prana VIdya sequencing. Once you taste what those practices do for body and mind, the longing to move deeper into this knowledge naturally rises. This program leads you deeper into the inner connection.
Although I came to TriYoga as someone who resisted, avoided, and dreaded the subtle practices, I have come to rely on Prana Vidya for my inner calm and healthy energy.
