Meet Your Instructor

Your instructor, Theresa Shay, is a senior-level TriYoga teacher with nearly 30 years of teaching experience. She is the Founding Director of TriYoga of Central Pennsylvania.

From working with thousands of students in person, Theresa accurately anticipates the concerns and questions of new students and presents guidance with clarity and compassion.

Theresa inspires with stories from her early years as a student of yoga, including how yoga helped her reconnect with her body after wearing a back brace for scoliosis through high school.

Theresa has dedicated her life to yoga. Her passion for the practice and her loving presence invite others into an awareness that brings a fuller flow to life.
