Each day you will enjoy a 30-minute breathing and meditation practice that gives you the experience of quieting within. Through practices and teachings, you will see that no matter how full and busy your mind is, the systematic approach of TriYoga® refocuses attention and builds energy. That's what makes this practice so valuable - meditation helps you live well.
The 40 lessons in this course include videos specifically recorded for this program, as well as replays from previous programs. Each lesson will lead you into the subtle practices of TriYoga's Basics Prana Vidya: breathing, concentration, and meditation.
