Yoga, Mindfulness, and the Flow of Parenting in Stressful Times

A Conversation with Dr. Peter Montminy

The stress of parenting, left unaddressed, will compromise your well being and hinder a healthy relationship with your children. In fact, in September 2024 US Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy, a father of two, issued an advisory warning that pressure from parenting has become a public health problem.

Thankfully, you can learn to keep stress from overwhelming your life so you can thrive as a parent and a person

Join Dr. Peter Montminy- child psychologist, mindfulness educator, parent, and grandparent - along with TriYoga of Central PA’s Founding Director Theresa Shay, for a conversation about Dr. Montminy’s Mindful Solutions Approach™.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Understand the three guiding principles of Dr. Montminy’s Mindful Solutions Approach™

  • Explore practices to help you feel sane (even vibrant!) amidst the demands of parenting

  • Strengthen your ability to trust your parental instinct and innate wisdom

  • Receive a professional’s perspective on your questions about parenting

  • Leave with a restored sense of clarity, calm, and loving connection

This free event is open to all who love and care for kids. Attend live or watch the replay. Registration is required for access to the replay, as well as to attend live.
