Anxiety is real and present in many people’s lives. Learn how the practice of TriYoga can support individuals wanting to better understand and manage their anxiety.

This workshop will hold the space for brief discussion followed by a yogaflow® experience.

Morgan Mitchell, the teacher for this program, brings her experience and stories to the conversation as she shares how TriYoga has helped her on her journey with anxiety.

Meet Morgan Mitchell

Morgan has been studying TriYoga with Theresa since 2004. She has been teaching yoga since 2003. She is a middle school English teacher, mother and lover of nature who credits TriYoga with helping her transform her relationship with anxiety.
